We’re seeking a Adult Psychiatrist to join a modern inpatient behavioral health hospital in Madera, CA. This is a rare opportunity to practice meaningful, team-based care in just a few hours per day , while maintaining flexibility and autonomy in your schedule.
2–3 hours per day, Monday–Friday
Highly competitive compensation (1099)
Optional weekend coverage for additional income
Malpractice insurance fully covered

Flexible schedule + shared call (optional/minimal)
Strong clinical support team—focus on patient care, not admin burden
Provide inpatient psychiatric care through daily rounding, admissions, and discharges
Treat children, adolescents, and some adult patients in a structured inpatient setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physicians, APPs, and behavioral health professionals
Participate in treatment planning and team discussions that drive patient outcomes
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
Active California license (or ability to obtain)
