The Opportunity
This position works out of our Alameda, CA office in the Lingo division and reports to the Director of Medical Affairs. Lingo is a new biosensing technology that provides users a window into their body. Lingo tracks key biomarkers – such as glucose, ketones, and lactate – to help people make better decisions about their health and nutrition. Biowearable technology will digitize, decentralize, and democratize healthcare, enabling consumers to take control of their own health.
The Senior Manager, Medical Affairs will have expertise in cardiometabolic health (e.g., prediabetes, metabolic syndrome, obesity, nutrition, physical activity) and continuous monitoring devices or wearables to support activities (medical, scientific, and technical) across multiple global cross-functional teams (clinical, regulatory, R&D, marketing, sales, and quality), including development of relationships with key experts in the field and organization of advisory boards. This role will aid content development for internal and external audiences, medical information responses, training materials, publications, and conference summaries, review advertising and promotional materials, and manage multiple projects/activities and strategies, scheduling, and auditing.
