Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming as needed.
• Mix and match paint colors to achieve desired shades and finishes.
• Apply paint, stain, and coatings using brushes, rollers, and spray equipment.
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to understand project requirements.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a painter (2+ years) or in a similar role.
• Knowledge of painting techniques, tools, and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Excellent time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
• Physical stamina and strength to perform painting tasks.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in painting is a plus.
