This role is essential to the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office and is ideal for someone who is organised, adaptable and comfortable managing change in a fast‑paced setting. The current post‑holder is relocating, meaning a structured handover period of approximately three weeks will be provided to ensure a smooth transition. Role Overview This is a highly visible front‑desk and coordination role . You will be the first point of contact for visitors while also supporting day‑to‑day office organisation. Priorities can change hour‑by‑hour, so adaptability, initiative and a positive attitude are key. You’ll suit this role if you enjoy juggling tasks, staying one step ahead and being the go‑to person in the office. Key Responsibilities Act as the front‑of‑house , greeting visitors in a friendly, professional and welcoming manner Manage the reception area and ensure it remains organised and presentable Coordinate day‑to‑day office activities and respond to changing needs throughout the day Handle incoming calls, messages and general enquiries Support with ad‑hoc administrative and organisational tasks as required Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth office operations Spot issues early and proactively pick things up without supervision Candidate Profile We are looking for someone who is: Professional and highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple tasks Comfortable working in a role where priorities can change quickly Proactive, observant and happy to take ownership Calm and reliable under pressure Confident working full‑time in an office environment Previous front‑of‑house, reception, office coordination or administrative experience would be beneficial What’s on Offer Salary of £25,000 Free on‑site parking Full‑time, office‑based role 12‑month temporary contract with potential to extend Supportive handover period Immediate start available
