We are seeking an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience, strong technical knowledge, and the ability to deliver quality workmanship while providing excellent customer service.
This role is ideal for a skilled HVAC professional who can independently install and service residential heating and cooling systems, work effectively with homeowners and team members, and take pride in completing projects safely and efficiently.
Install residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless systems.
Prepare installation sites and verify electrical, plumbing, and equipment connections.
Perform HVAC maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs as needed.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
Ensure installations comply with applicable HVAC codes, safety standards, and company procedures.
Collaborate with project managers, technicians, and other team members to complete projects on schedule.
Communicate professionally with homeowners, answer questions, and explain installation or repair needs.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe and organized condition.
Identify system issues and recommend appropriate solutions.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum 5 years of residential HVAC installation experience.
Strong knowledge of residential heating and cooling systems.
Experience installing furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and/or ductless systems.
Ability to read and interpret HVAC schematics, blueprints, and technical documentation.
Familiarity with applicable HVAC codes, regulations, and installation standards.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Valid driver's license and good driving record.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC technical training or certifications preferred.
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and handle HVAC equipment and materials.
Ability to work in confined spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and other challenging environments.
Comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
Ability to perform manual tasks for extended periods.
Ability to safely work on ladders up to 30 feet.
Ability to comply with jobsite safety requirements and use appropriate personal protective equipment.
