We’re building the original installation team at One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Greater Hartford.
We’re looking for an experienced Connecticut D-2 or S-2 licensed Lead HVAC Installer who wants more than another installation job.
We want someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, understands that details matter, knows how to lead an installation professionally, and wants an opportunity to help establish the standards for a growing HVAC company.
You’ll be one of the people who helps determine what “great installation” means at our company.
COMPENSATION
$40–$48/hour base pay , depending on license, experience, leadership capability, and technical expertise.
Plus:
Strong performers have the opportunity to earn approximately $85,000–$110,000+ annually , depending on hours, incentives, and performance.
