Dental Office Receptionist – Winston Salem, NC

Join our established and growing dental practice! We’re looking for an experienced and dependable Dental Office Receptionist to support front office operations and provide excellent service to our patients.

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years of dental front office experience preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred
  • Knowledge of dental insurance, billing, scheduling, and patient coordination
  • Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking skills
  • Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude

What You’ll Do

  • Welcome patients and provide a friendly, professional front office experience
  • Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and schedule appointments
  • Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed
  • Assist with insurance verification, billing, collections, and account follow-up
  • Support patient check-in/check-out and daily front desk operations
  • Help keep the front desk area organized and welcoming
  • Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to support patient care
