Job Description

Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year Requirements:

• We are looking for proven, hands-on experience with Datactics, particularly for rules engine development, data profiling, and automating quality checks.
• We need a strong grasp of data governance and a deep, practical understanding of core data quality dimensions such as accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
• We require prior experience in a similar role, or substantial knowledge, experience, and capability to carry out the responsibilities effectively.
• Relevant education and/or training is considered an advantage.

• We will design, build, test, and deploy data quality rules in the Datactics platform aligned to our business glossary and governance standards.
• We will rapidly profile source data to uncover anomalies, establish baseline quality measures, and set thresholds for quality checks.
• We will convert business definitions and governance guidance into technical rules and executable workflows.
• We will work closely with our Command Center BI team so Datactics outputs, scores, and exceptions feed smoothly into reporting dashboards.
• We will document the rules engine architecture, logic, and operating procedures to support a smooth handoff to our internal analytics team at the end of the assignment.

We are hiring for a critical 6-week assignment in Chicago, IL focused on rapidly designing and implementing a Datactics-based data quality rules engine. The work will support automated governance checks that monitor data accuracy, completeness, and consistency, with outputs feeding directly into our Command Center BI dashboards to give business leaders real-time visibility into enterprise data health.
