Yard Smart is looking for an experienced Winter Equipment Operator to join our snow operations team.
This position is responsible for safely and efficiently operating loaders, skid steers, and other snow-removal equipment during winter weather events. We are looking for someone who knows their way around equipment, can work independently, and understands that snow removal means being ready to work when the weather hits.
Snow removal is weather-dependent . Hours may vary significantly based on storms and may include nights, weekends, holidays, and long shifts.
Seasonal winter position with the potential for additional work based on company needs.
