Custom Filters Direct is seeking dependable and motivated individuals to join our warehouse team as a Truck Loader / Warehouse Associate at our Bloomsburg, PA facility.

This is an entry-level, hands-on warehouse position primarily focused on loading outbound trucks and supporting shipping operations. During slower periods, employees may also be cross-trained to assist in other warehouse or production departments as needed.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working in a fast-paced environment, and being part of a team.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Overtime may be required based on business needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting Pay: $14.00/hour
• Weekly Pay on Fridays
• After 90 days - Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance -  Paid Time Off & 8 Paid Holidays

Responsibilities

• Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently
• Stage and organize shipments for daily pickups
• Assist with general warehouse organization and material movement
• Support shipping operations and production needs as assigned
• Cross-train in other departments during slower periods
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse guidelines

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to work well in a team setting
• Willingness to learn and assist in multiple departments
• Comfortable staying active throughout the shift

Physical Requirements

• Standing and moving throughout the shift
• Frequent bending, reaching, and light lifting
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment
