Compass Palliative, a leading California-based palliative care provider, seeks outstanding Georgia-based Nurse Practitioners/ PAs with experience and/or interest in palliative care & pain management. Our practice provides palliative & pain management telemedicine appointments for Georgia-based patients residing in SNFs.
We are pleased to offer FLEXIBLE DAYS and HOURS Expected Hours: once per week/ 8 hours This role is ideal for clinicians seeking a meaningful, short-term telemedicine opportunity with flexibility, strong clinical support, and the option for continued per diem work after a 2 month contract. The practitioner will be assigned a specific patient load for which they will be responsible.
