Job Title : Senior UiPath RPA Developer / Business Analyst

Job Type : W2/C2C

Experience : 8 - 15 Years

Location : Cincinnati, Ohio

Responsibilities:

• 8+ years of experience in RPA development and business analysis.
• Strong expertise in UiPath Business Analysis, including process mapping and requirement gathering.
• Proven experience in designing and developing RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Experience with other RPA tools and technologies.
• Experience in working with cloud-based RPA solutions.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as C#, VB.NET, or Python.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management practices.
• Solid understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• UiPath certification is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities and develop RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA workflows and solutions in UiPath.
• Conduct thorough testing and validation of RPA solutions to ensure quality and performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for deployed RPA solutions, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
• Document processes, workflows, and technical specifications for RPA solutions.
• Train and mentor junior team members on RPA best practices and UiPath functionalities.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in RPA technology.

Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
