Security Account Manager

About the Role:

Vets Securing America is seeking an experienced Security Account Manager to oversee daily security operations across multiple client locations in the Atlanta area. This leadership role serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensures exceptional service delivery, manages staffing operations, and leads a team of security professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong operational management experience, excellent client relations skills, and the ability to build and maintain high-performing teams.

Responsibilities:

• Independently manage client accounts and security operations.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and train security officers.
• Develop and maintain staffing schedules to ensure all posts are fully covered.
• Serve as the primary liaison between clients and company leadership.
• Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with post orders and company standards.
• Monitor employee performance and provide coaching, training, and corrective action when necessary.
• Counsel, motivate, and mentor security personnel to promote professional growth and accountability.
• Manage labor expenses and control overtime costs.
• Maintain accurate payroll records, employee documentation, and incident reports.
• Respond to client concerns and operational issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Ensure all security personnel comply with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Professional appearance, demeanor, and communication skills.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of operations management experience, preferably within the security industry.
• Demonstrated experience managing large teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service and client relationship management skills.
• Experience with scheduling, payroll, and workforce management systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Ability to work flexible hours and respond to operational needs as required.
