Midwestern IT is currently hiring Entry-Level Business Analysts for multiple client projects across the United States.

H4 EAD (Valid EAD Required)

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree (any discipline)
Strong communication and analytical skills
Basic computer knowledge
Strong problem-solving skills
Willingness to learn and grow as a Business Analyst
Knowledge of Business Analysis concepts is a plus
Familiarity with SQL, Excel, Jira, Agile/Scrum, Visio, or Tableau/Power BI is an advantage but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities
Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs
Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD)
Assist in preparing user stories and process flow diagrams
Support communication between business teams and technical teams
Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and project discussions
Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement
Support testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Ensure project requirements are clearly documented and delivered on time
