We are expanding our team and seeking Remote Scheduling Coordinators to assist with organizing and managing service- and itinerary-related requests. This is a fully remote position with flexible scheduling and structured training provided. Candidates based in Los Angeles, CA or within the Pacific Time zone are welcome.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage scheduling and booking requests.
• Communicate with customers regarding availability, updates, and confirmations.
• Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
• Assist with organizing itineraries and service details.
