Job Description

  • Assist in negotiating and drafting real estate contracts, leases, and other legal documents.
  • Provide legal advice and support on real estate transactions, including acquisitions, sales, and financing.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Collaborate with clients and other stakeholders to address legal issues and resolve disputes.
  • Stay updated on changes to real estate laws and regulations to ensure clients receive accurate counsel.
  • Prepare and review closing documents for real estate transactions.
  • Work closely with the legal team to develop strategies and solutions for clients.
  • Represent clients in negotiations and legal proceedings related to real estate matters.

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions at a reputable law firm.
  • Strong drafting and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with partners and colleagues.
  • Admission to practice in the relevant U.S. jurisdiction.
