Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: Tallahassee, FL (Onsite)
Duration: Long-Term Contract
Key Responsibilities
Review application enhancements and modifications against business requirements.
Develop and execute manual test cases and test scripts.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing.
Identify, document, track, and verify software defects.
Participate in Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Daily Scrum meetings.
Provide testing estimates, status updates, and progress reports.
Perform root cause analysis and troubleshoot application issues.
Document testing results and maintain testing artifacts.
Follow organizational security, compliance, and confidentiality standards.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of experience in Agile software development environments.
Minimum 2 years of software testing experience.
Minimum 2 years of experience creating test cases and test scripts.
Minimum 2 years of experience executing software tests.
Minimum 2 years of experience performing root cause analysis and troubleshooting.

User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
Black Box & White Box Testing
Performance Testing
Automated Testing
Test-Driven Development (TDD)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with healthcare or government applications.
Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
Familiarity with defect tracking and change management tools.
Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
