2nd Shift Manufacturing Production Supervisor Lacon, IL Position Summary We are seeking a hands-on 2nd Shift Production Supervisor to lead our manufacturing team. You will manage a team of 3-6 operators and technicians. Your primary focus will be ensuring safety, maintaining quality standards, and meeting daily production targets. This is a working Supervisor role at $28-$30/hr + 7.5% shift differential and is eligible for overtime pay. Shift Schedule ยท 2nd shift: 3pm-1am. Currently running 5 days a week but it does flex between 4 and 5 day work weeks. The Supervisor should report 15 minutes early, leave 15 minutes late. Training period of 8-12 weeks on first shift.
