Ideation You’ll be supporting the ideation and creative process to derive new features and experiences based on user need, industry development, data, or stakeholder feedback. The exploration of different design options is a core aspect of this responsibility. Development You'll also be working closely with the product managers and the connected engineering team, you'll create end-to-end designs from ideation to the final Figma handover in a way that is efficient to use for our developers. Design Optimization As one of three product designers you'll review each other’s work, continuously review the product, and always aim for the best possible experience. What does best possible experience mean? For us, it means it’s easy to use, appealing to our audience, and speaks for itself without extensive explanation. Design Review In order to continuously validate the direction of our experience, an integral part of this role is staying up to date with the latest design do’s and don’ts with user data, and with the happenings in the wider industry. 4-6 years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products You have a portfolio of designs for mobile apps Please include a sample of relevant work from your portfolio in your application. You are passionate about the most intuitive, outstanding experiences, and will only be done when the product is at highest quality Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Protopie and Rive Knowledge of HTML/CSS and front-end development best practices a plus Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and reliably meet deadlines Illustration or animation skills a plus Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.535 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
