Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day operations of the company remotely.
• Manage and organize documents emails and other communication channels.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth workflow.
• Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings taking minutes and data entry.
• Support in inventory management and order processing.

Essential Qualifications:

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.

Desired Experience:

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience in operations administration or customer service is preferred.
