salary: $19 - $25 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Ensure Reps can efficiently become mortgage licensed originators (“MLO”)
• Process licensing tasks within required timeframes and ensure accurate record keeping
• Communicate and respond in a timely and professional manner across multiple lines of communication
• Understand key mortgage licensing requirements by state
• Build relationships with internal and external parties at all management levels
• Become an expert in the NMLS system and licensing process
• Perform other related duties as assigned and required
