COMPENSATION & BENEFITS$24 $47 per hour based on experience and certifications
Average annual income: $75,000 $120,000+ (top performers earn more)
Full-time, stable 8-hour shifts (overtime available)

Diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles
Perform advanced diagnostics, inspections, and full system evaluations
Handle everything from brakes and maintenance to complex drivability issues
Work alongside experienced advisors and a professional service team
Maintain accurate repair orders and follow all safety standards
Stay sharp with evolving automotive technology and systems
Minimum 4+ years of technician experience (dealership preferred)
Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic ability
ASE or OEM certifications are a major plus
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume shop
Reliable, professional, and driven to produce at a high level
