About the Role

We're looking for a mid-level designer with highly refined visual craft to shape and optimize a high-traffic B2B marketing website. This is a marketing and brand web design role, not a product design role: you'll turn creative briefs into polished, on-brand pages that look enterprise-grade from day one, while forming your own point of view on direction and backing it with data. You'll also help evolve a Figma-based design system, with a growing focus on how AI tools can strengthen consistency, documentation, and scale.

Key Responsibilities

• Design polished, on-brand, conversion-focused pages and experiences for the marketing website and related digital touchpoints
• Uphold and elevate brand standards across all marketing assets, delivering a cohesive, high-craft visual experience
• Build, document, and maintain components within a Figma design system, keeping it consistent and scalable as the site grows
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes that communicate design intent clearly to stakeholders
• Partner with marketing, content, analytics, and engineering teams to align designs with business goals and ensure high-fidelity implementation
• Design with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) in mind to ensure inclusive experiences
• Use analytics, heatmaps, and session replay data to identify opportunities and refine pages over time
• Support experimentation by designing and helping analyze A/B tests, translating results into clear recommendations
• Explore AI-assisted tools and workflows to speed up and strengthen design-system work

Qualifications

Required:

• 4–6 years of experience in marketing or brand-focused web design, ideally in a B2B or SaaS context
• Demonstrated taste and visual refinement: your craft needs to be enterprise-grade from day one
• A portfolio of live, shipped marketing websites that shows strong typography, layout, and visual polish (product UI case studies alone will not meet the bar)
• Advanced Figma proficiency as your daily working tool, including building and maintaining design systems and component libraries
• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to feedback
• Comfortable working quickly while delivering quality on time

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience designing and analyzing A/B tests or experiments
• Familiarity with conversion rate optimization fundamentals and using analytics to inform design decisions
• Experience with heatmapping and session replay tools (e.g., ContentSquare, Hotjar)
• Experience with AI-assisted design tools (e.g., Claude Design) or using AI to accelerate design-system work
• Experience designing on a marketing or growth team

Key Details

• Start date: Flexible
• Duration: 6 months, with strong potential for extension based on performance
• Location: Remote (U.S.)
• Work schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week
• Pay rate range: $65–$74/hr + benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401k)
• Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Engagement: W2 Contract role through Maleda Tech.
