Location: Houston, TX (Galleria area) In-office (U.S. Marketing/Sales Enablement Team)

Duration: 8 weeks (Summer Internship)

Schedule: 20 hours per week, 3 days per week, start date June 22, 2026

Department: Corporate Marketing & Sales Enablement

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing/Sales Intern to support corporate marketing and sales enablement initiatives in a fast-paced, professional tax consulting and sales environment.

This internship offers hands-on exposure to marketing operations, event coordination, and sales enablement support. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, and eager to contribute while building foundational marketing skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Marketing Event Coordination
  • Support planning and execution of internal and external marketing events
  • Assist with logistics, materials, and vendor coordination
  • Sales Support
  • Help prepare presentations, marketing collateral, and client-facing materials
  • Partner with sales enablement on campaign creation, follow-up and tracking
  • AI & Content Support
  • Utilize Microsoft Copilot AI tools to generate content ideas and improve workflows
  • Proofreading & Content Quality
  • Review and edit marketing materials for accuracy, clarity, and brand consistency
  • Creative Business Solutions
  • Contribute ideas to improve marketing effectiveness and engagement
  • Project Management
  • Assist in tracking deadlines, managing tasks, and supporting campaign execution

Work Environment Expectations

  • Must work on-site in Houston, TX (Galleria area) with the U.S. Marketing and Sales Enablement team on scheduled workdays, 3 days per week.
  • Collaborative, deadline-driven environment requiring adaptability and initiative

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in:
  • Marketing
  • Sales
  • Business Administration
  • Communications
  • Or a related field

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with AI tools, specifically Microsoft Copilot
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong writing and proofreading abilities
  • Organized with strong attention to detail
