Looking for a Manufacturing Process Leader in Hampton, VA. 1st shift. Join Our Client, a global connectivity tech leader! You need expertise in machining, tooling, CAD/SAP, and Lean/6-sigma. Drive innovation and optimize manufacturing processes with a premier industry pioneer!

work hours: 8am to 5pm

responsibilities:

• Oversee machining, assembly, and other manufacturing processes to ensure peak quality and output across Our Client's facilities.
• Develop and implement cutting-edge manufacturing and automation platforms for the realization of new products and the enhancement of existing ones.
• Act as the vital interface between R&D, engineering, and manufacturing to ensure seamless manufacturability and smooth production ramp-ups.
• Collaborate with product development to select the best tooling, produce sample manufacturing equipment, and roll out Best Demonstrated Practices (BDPs).
• Run specialized project tasks, including the creation and modification of detailed drawings and conceptual models using CAD/CAE tools.
