Journeyman Electrician – Data Center Project | High-Impact Work | Long-Term Opportunity

We’re looking for experienced Journeyman Electricians to support instrumentation & controls (I&C) work in a large-scale data center environment. This role offers consistent work, technical growth, and the opportunity to be part of a critical industry powering the future.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Bend and install EMT conduit (primarily 1.5” and smaller) with precision
• Install control panels to spec and code
• Set up and install cable tray systems across the facility
• Pull, route, and secure wiring through conduits and trays
• Perform clean, organized wire management, labeling, and terminations
• Support instrumentation & controls (I&C) systems as needed
• Assist with motor controls, lighting systems, and electrical components
• Use hand tools efficiently to execute high-quality work
• Maintain strict safety standards on an active job site
• Collaborate with a skilled team to deliver projects on time

What You Bring

• 4+ years of electrical experience
• Journeyman-level skillset or equivalent hands-on expertise
• Strong ability to bend and run EMT conduit independently
• Experience installing cable tray systems
• Solid understanding of wire pulling, routing, and terminations
• Experience working with motor controls, lighting, and electrical systems
• Attention to detail and pride in clean, accurate work

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Goodyear, AZ.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $34.00/hr.
