Job Description

Salary: $130,000 - 150,000 per year Requirements:

• We need a proven track record of delivering complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders, competing priorities, and globally distributed teams.
• We require hands-on experience developing and tailoring Oracle environments, including Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS), Oracle Cloud technologies, Oracle APEX, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases and reporting tools.
• We need strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to connect technical teams and business leaders.
• We are looking for someone who can translate technical concepts into practical business solutions and keep programs moving forward.
• We expect manufacturing industry knowledge, especially across production planning, inventory control, procurement, supply chain operations, cost accounting, quality management, and shop floor processes.
• Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent and consistent basis without sponsorship now or in the future.
• Applicants must be U.S. persons under ITAR, meaning a U.S. citizen, permanent resident, political asylee, or refugee.

• We will rely on you to lead multiple high-impact IT initiatives from idea through deployment and ongoing support.
• You will create project charters, business cases, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and risk mitigation approaches.
• You will manage scope, timelines, costs, quality, communications, and stakeholder expectations.
• You will provide executive-level project updates and performance reporting.
• You will drive change management, training, and user adoption activities.
• You will design, develop, and improve Oracle-based business applications.
• You will build solutions using Oracle APEX and PL/SQL.
• You will support enterprise integrations and application architecture efforts.
• You will lead ERP upgrades, enhancements, global rollouts, and optimization programs.
• You will work with business teams to identify automation opportunities and process improvements.
• You will facilitate requirements-gathering and solution-design workshops.
• You will partner with operations, supply chain, finance, quality, and engineering teams.
• You will coordinate internal teams, consultants, and technology vendors across regions.
• You will ensure alignment with corporate governance, security, and IT standards.
• You will promote strong project management and technology delivery practices.
