What You'll Do

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through networking, referrals, community outreach, and prospecting

• Work with mentors to receive coaching and support to grow into leadership and management

• Meet with prospective clients to assess insurance needs

• Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options

• Present personalized solutions for clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Close new business and achieve sales goals

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the client relationship

• Maintain accurate client records and sales activity

What We're Looking For

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred

• Customer service experience strongly preferred

• Insurance industry experience is a plus

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to build trust and rapport quickly

• Goal-oriented and self-motivated mindset

Licensing

• Property & Casualty License preferred but not required for hire

• Life & Health License is preferred but not required for hire

• Candidates willing to obtain licensing are encouraged to apply
