Work as an HVAC Installer in Stratford, CT, serving Fairfield County.
Install residential and light commercial HVAC systems, including central air conditioners, heat pumps, and geothermal systems.
Complete HVAC system replacements, retrofits, and new equipment installations.
Install air distribution and ventilation systems.
Installation of refrigerant and condensate lines is a plus.
Ensure installations meet applicable local codes, safety requirements, and manufacturer specifications.
Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and professional job site.
Provide excellent customer and contractor communication.

High school diploma and technical school education
3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
Ability to read blueprints and submittals
Ability to direct and educate an apprentice under their supervision
Ability to coordinate with other trades
Experience installing and replacing heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
Working knowledge of HVAC equipment, ductwork, and installation practices
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform work in attics, basements, crawl spaces, and on ladders
Strong mechanical aptitude and dependable work habits
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Authorized to work in the United States
