Where Comfort Meets Connection in Jacksonville The Embassy Suites by Hilton Jacksonville Baymeadows, a full-service, all-suite hotel known for its spacious accommodations, complimentary made-to-order breakfast, and evening reception, is seeking an experienced, service-driven General Manager to lead our high-performing team. Conveniently located in Jacksonville’s Baymeadows business district, our hotel offers a welcoming environment for both business and leisure travelers, combining comfort, value, and elevated hospitality. This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to shape the guest experience and drive success at a flagship Embassy Suites property. About the Role As General Manager, you will serve as the strategic and cultural leader of the hotel, overseeing all operations including guest services, housekeeping, engineering, sales, and food & beverage. You will work closely with ownership and brand partners to deliver exceptional guest experiences, uphold Hilton standards, and maximize operational performance. Key Responsibilities

• Lead all day-to-day hotel operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, brand standards, and financial results
• Inspire, coach, and develop department leaders and team members to achieve operational excellence
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and service-oriented culture aligned with Hilton values
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to meet or exceed performance goals
• Ensure compliance with all Hilton brand standards and local/state/federal regulations
• Drive revenue through collaboration with sales and revenue management, maximizing occupancy and ADR
• Oversee food & beverage operations, including restaurant, catering, and banquet services
• Maintain strong relationships with ownership, providing regular updates and strategic insights
• Champion guest engagement initiatives, including the Embassy Suites signature breakfast and evening reception experience

What We Are Looking For

• Proven leadership experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in a full-service hotel (Hilton experience preferred)
• Strong operational, financial, and business acumen
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and team development skills
• Hands-on, visible leadership style with a passion for service excellence
• Experience overseeing food & beverage operations
• Ability to drive results while maintaining a strong guest and team focus
• Knowledge of the Jacksonville market is a plus
