General Manager – High-End Restaurant Opening (Confidential, Miami)

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the opening and long-term operation of a high-end hospitality concept in Miami.

This is a confidential search for a well-funded, design-forward venue with a strong focus on guest experience, food & beverage programming, and operational excellence. The role requires a hands-on leader who is comfortable in a high-expectation environment and understands both hospitality and business fundamentals.

Responsibilities:
- Lead all front-of-house operations and oversee daily service execution
- Hire, train, and develop a strong management and hourly team
- Establish and maintain high standards of service, professionalism, and culture
- Manage labor, scheduling, and overall cost controls
- Oversee financial performance including P&L, forecasting, and profitability
- Work closely with ownership and leadership on strategy and execution
- Help position the venue as a leading hospitality destination in Miami

Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in a senior leadership role (General Manager or equivalent)
- Background in upscale, high-volume restaurant or hospitality environments
- Strong understanding of labor management, cost control, and P&L
- Proven ability to build and retain strong teams
- Demonstrated history of long-term tenure and growth within previous organizations
- Opening experience is a plus but not required
