Location: Applicants must live in or around Finney County, Kansas.
The Kansas Department of Agriculture Food Safety and Lodging Program seeks a dedicated and proactive public health professional with experience in retail food safety programs. This position is part of a team of dedicated and enthusiastic food safety professionals that works closely with all its public and private sector partners and provides leadership in improving the retail food safety system in Kansas. Professionals with a strong commitment to public health and who enjoy working on a team that is active in developing innovative programs are encouraged to apply for this position.
Position Summary & Responsibilities:
The territory for this position will be located in the Southwest area of the state and the applicant must live in the assigned territory.
This position is home-based. The candidate that is selected for this position will start each day from the candidate’s place of residence.
