We’re a busy home remodeling company looking for an experienced Tile & Flooring Installer who takes pride in doing clean, professional work.

We have steady residential remodeling projects throughout Broward and Palm Beach Counties , including bathrooms, kitchens, living areas and whole-home flooring projects.

Our flooring work includes luxury vinyl plank, waterproof rigid-core flooring and other residential flooring products , along with tile installations. We’re looking for someone who can handle the job from preparation through the finished product.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Install ceramic and porcelain tile
• Install bathroom and shower tile
• Install luxury vinyl plank and rigid-core flooring
• Install flooring in kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
• Remove existing flooring when required
• Prepare, patch and level subfloors as needed
• Properly lay out flooring and tile for a professional appearance
• Install transitions, baseboards, trim and other finishing pieces
• Make accurate cuts around walls, cabinets, doors, plumbing and other obstacles
• Complete tile grout, caulking and finish work
• Protect the customer's home and keep the jobsite clean
• Work with your helper to complete projects efficiently
• Coordinate with other remodeling trades when necessary

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for an experienced installer who can walk into a job, understand what needs to be done and get the work completed correctly without being micromanaged.

You must have:

• Proven experience installing tile and/or residential flooring
• Strong knowledge of tile installation and/or luxury vinyl flooring
• Experience with bathroom and kitchen remodeling is a plus
• Ability to properly prepare and evaluate subfloors
• Ability to make clean, accurate cuts
• Good layout and attention to detail
• Your own reliable helper
• Your own truck
• Your own professional tools
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to work cleanly inside occupied homes
• Professional appearance and attitude
• Good communication with homeowners and our office
• Ability to show up on time and complete jobs as scheduled

The Right Person

We want someone who understands that installation quality matters .

The finished floor needs to be straight, properly aligned and professionally finished. Tile needs consistent spacing, clean cuts and quality grout and caulk work. Flooring needs proper preparation, tight joints, clean transitions and a finished appearance that looks professionally installed.

We are looking for an installer — not someone who needs to be taught how to install flooring.
