Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our growing this role you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing a variety of events from concept to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills a proactive mindset and the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of quality and professionalism.

Responsibilities

  • Plan organize and execute events in alignment with client and company objectives
  • Coordinate logistics including venue selection scheduling and vendor management
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless event delivery
  • Monitor event timelines budgets and resources to ensure efficiency
  • Maintain clear communication with clients suppliers and stakeholders
  • Oversee on-site event operations and ensure smooth execution
  • Evaluate event performance and provide post-event reports and insights
