We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Event Coordinator to join our team and take charge of planning organizing and executing a variety of events that elevate our brand and engage our audience. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines. 

Responsibilities

• Plan coordinate and execute all aspects of events from inception to completion.
• Liaise with clients vendors and internal teams to ensure seamless communication and event delivery.
• Manage event budgets negotiate contracts and oversee expenses to stay within financial limits.
• Source and secure event venues catering entertainment and other necessary services.
• Develop detailed event timelines and coordinate staff activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee event setup execution and teardown while solving any issues that arise promptly.

Qualifications :

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Marketing or related field preferred.
• Proven experience as an Event Coordinator or similar role in event planning.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as events require.
