What You'll Do
- Monitor automated computer screens and smart equipment to ensure production runs smoothly and stays on schedule.
- Follow clear, step-by-step written guides to complete daily tasks safely and partner with engineers if an issue arises.
- Learn advanced high-tech skills through fully paid, hands-on training from day one with no prior industry experience required.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Problem-solving, critical thinking, and basic computer skills.
- Access to a computer with a functional webcam and microphone for the virtual interview process.
- Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled shifts at the worksite.
- Willingness to submit to a background check and drug screening as part of the hiring process.
