Who We Are:

InGenius Prep was founded in 2013 by law students at Harvard and Yale. In that time, the company has grown to a team of more than 190 full-time employees, 600 part-time employees, as well as offices in the U.S., Canada, China, amongst other countries.

Our primary focus is assisting students in applying to U.S. Colleges and Graduate schools. Our company is fast-paced and exciting. We operate as a team, and everyone is given opportunities to advance in the organization.

How You'll Help:
The Digital Marketing Manager will lead InGenius Prep's event marketing — including partner webinars and in-person events — while also driving content, advertising, and community growth on WeChat. This role builds brand awareness and generates qualified leads, positioning InGenius Prep as a leader in educational consulting, with expanding support for the new markets.

What You'll Do: 

• Develop strategies and tactics to promote our company and drive qualified leads to our front door
• Deploy successful full-cycle marketing campaigns (start to finish)
• Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels: content creation, paid ads, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, and much more
• Oversee in-house and partner presentations, RSVPs, and event success
• Research and attend industry events - expos, networking events, etc.
• Produce valuable and engaging content for WeChat
• Build strategic partnerships with key industry players
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
• Leverage AI tools to improve marketing efficiency and output

You'll be a good fit if you: 

• Have native-like fluency in Chinese speaking and writing
• Bring proficiency with Chinese social media platforms (WeChat and Xiaohongshu, etc.) 
• Have strong time-management skills
• Have working knowledge of college applications/admissions process
• Have experience in marketing-related work (campus involvement, internships, etc)
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in marketing
