Objective

Manage partner data operations, execute regular PVI data refresh cycles, map multi-source partner Value Index data to Business Entity IDs (BEIDs), and maintain data quality, governance, and tracking across Developer and Advisor portfolios.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

• PVI Data Refreshes: Own, run, and monitor recurring PVI data refresh operations. Troubleshoot data discrepancies, fix synchronization issues across systems, and maintain pipeline reliability.
• Data Collection & Mapping: Gather Value Index data across structured databases and manual sources. Map partner accounts accurately to BEIDs and qualification codes.
• MDM Operations: Submit and manage cases in the Partner MDM (Manual Data Management) tool to associate proper codes with mapped partners; keep reconciliation logs up to date.
• Automation & Dashboard Tracking: Implement workflow automations using low-code/no-code tools (such as Microsoft Power Automate) or scripting to streamline recurring manual tasks. Maintain status dashboards for team and leadership visibility.
• Process Documentation: Document operating procedures and RACI workflows for data updates and ongoing governance.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Strong technical data management background with experience managing recurring data refresh cycles and structured data tables.
• Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data synchronization discrepancies and resolve mapping issues independently.
• Familiarity with master data management (MDM) concepts and enterprise partner identifiers.
• Experience with low-code/no-code automation tools (e.g., Power Automate) or workflow scripting.
• Clear communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
