Job Description

Salary: $125,000 - 144,000 per year Requirements:

• Active TS/SCI security clearance is mandatory.
• Bachelors degree in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• Availability to work onsite in San Antonio, TX up to five days per week, depending on client needs.
• IAT Level II certification is required.
• At least 5 years of experience with DoD cybersecurity policies and frameworks, including RMF, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Controls, and DISA STIGs.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, SIEM, and endpoint protection.
• At least 5 years of experience securing network protocols, operating systems, and databases.
• 5 years of experience in scripting for automation and reporting, particularly in Python, PowerShell, or Bash.

• Implement and uphold cybersecurity controls for supporting JCC2 operational systems.
• Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability scans, and threat analysis activities.
• Execute security testing and validation to identify and mitigate system vulnerabilities.
• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents and security events.
• Develop remediation strategies and assist in incident recovery efforts.
• Maintain security documentation, playbooks, and reporting materials.
• Ensure adherence to DoD cybersecurity policies, RMF, and security standards.
• Support system accreditation and security evaluation processes.
• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to enhance system security measures.
• Participate in Agile program increment (PI) planning and activities, which may involve occasional travel.
