Great Expectations SPC ( and our affiliate Arboreal Management LLC) are looking for sharp, entrepreneurial summer interns who want real exposure to commercial real estate, property operations, and affordable housing development.
This is not a coffee-run internship.
You’ll work directly with leadership on real projects: underwriting deals, market research, rent comps, leasing strategy, portfolio analysis, and property operations. This is an internship for people who want to learn by doing.
You may spend one day:
touring competing apartment communities
gathering rent comps and market intelligence
helping lease apartments
meeting property teams and residents
analyzing occupancy, pricing, and leasing funnels
And the next day:
helping underwrite a new acquisition
building Excel models
researching development opportunities
analyzing investment returns
supporting executive projects
You’ll get exposure to:

You do not need real estate experience.
You do need:
Strong work ethic
