・ Salary: $85K-90K annually (DOE)

▶ Key Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients to assess and analyze requirements for automation solutions (RPA) and development tasks
- Lead and guide developers as a senior developer/technical lead
- Develop and support RPA operations, along with traditional application/module development
- Manage the full development lifecycle: requirements gathering, analysis, coding, testing, documentation
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications and modules with clean, efficient code
- Plan, prioritize, test, and manage releases using Agile methodologies
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers
- Monitor and support ongoing RPA operations delivered to customers; troubleshoot and enhance solutions
- Collaborate with customers and engineers to define requirements and deliver solutions
- Implement automated testing, debug issues, troubleshoot complex problems
- Participate in internal/external meetings to gather business requirements and propose solutions
- Analyze business requirements and recommend best practices
- Write unit, integration, and production test scenarios
- Optimize application performance through troubleshooting and debugging
- Identify and plan new features with the development team
- Ensure compliance with Company quality assurance standards
- Research and recommend new technologies, applications, and protocols
- Create detailed technical plans for project execution
- Provide technical guidance, answer questions, and remove obstacles for the team
- Report development progress clearly and transparently

▶︎Required Qualifications & Skills: - 7+ years of experience in web-based system development
- Strong experience with Java or other programming languages (Python, etc.)
- Experience developing or maintaining intranet systems
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal & written)
- RPA experience or understanding is a plus
- Experience with HTML/DHTML, jQuery/JSON, JavaScript, AJAX
- Experience with Oracle DB, SQL, PL/SQL procedures
- Preferred: Experience with data analytics tools (Alteryx) and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Preferred: BS/BA in Computer Science or related field
