Benefits * Health and dental insurance * 401(k) plan * IRA matching * Paid time off and vacation * Paid manufacturer training * Tuition reimbursement * Employee vehicle purchase plans * Family-owned and operated work environment * Long-term job stability and advancement opportunities Responsibilities * Perform repairs and maintenance as outlined on repair orders efficiently and accurately * Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment to identify issues * Diagnose and repair automotive systems including engines, transmissions, electrical systems, steering, suspension, brakes, and HVAC * Communicate directly with Service Advisors regarding additional repair needs and estimated completion times * Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications * Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment * Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications * Prior Service Technician experience preferred but not required * Vocational or technical degree preferred * Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills * Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment * Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination * Strong communication skills and basic computer proficiency * Positive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement * Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment * Willingness to learn new technologies and manufacturer repair procedures * Valid driver’s license required Mike Carpino Ford Lincoln is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
