Assistant Property Manager | St. Louis, MO | Full-Time | On-Site
Multifamily Housing | Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour + Bonus Potential

• Competitive pay - $20.00 to $22.00 per hour + commissions
• Aggressive renewal commissions – up to $100 per renewal

What You'll Do:

• Support the Property Manager with day-to-day operations
• Help maximize lease renewals (earn commission!)
• Build and maintain strong resident relationships
• Show and lease apartments when needed (earn commission!)
• Ensure marketing efforts are up-to-date and effective

What You’ll Need:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of experience in multifamily housing strongly preferred
• Strong computer skills (Yardi experience a plus)
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• A knack for solving problems and resolving conflicts
