Vizz Group is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager for a new concept to join our team at one of New York's most iconic and vibrant locations—Grand Central Terminal! We’re looking for a leader who thrives in a high-energy, high-volume environment, and is passionate about delivering an exceptional guest experience. What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 5 years of progressive management experience, ideally in a brasserie or high-energy, high-volume setting
  • A leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and can inspire a team to meet the upbeat, confident, and professional standards of our brasserie
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A hands-on manager who leads by example, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a high level of service at all times
  • A passion for the unique energy that defines brasserie dining—where food, service, and ambiance come together to create an unforgettable experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of our bustling brasserie, ensuring smooth service and the energetic, high-quality dining experience we’re known for
  • Lead and motivate your team to embody the professional, confident, and upbeat spirit of our service style
  • Manage inventory, scheduling, and financials to ensure efficiency without compromising the energy or quality of service
  • Work closely with the General Manager to maintain and enhance the brasserie’s unique atmosphere, from service style to overall guest experience
  • Continuously ensure our service standards are consistently upheld in line with our vibrant brasserie identity

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Expertise in brasserie-style dining, with a deep understanding of high-energy, fast-paced restaurant operations
  • Proficiency with POS systems, restaurant operations, and financial management tools
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure while maintaining a confident, welcoming atmosphere
  • Previous experience in a leadership role in a brasserie or similar high-volume environment

Compensation & Benefits:

  • $100,000 - $115,000 (based on experience)
