Acti-Kare Responsive In-Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver, HCA, or CNA with experience caring for seniors to join our team. 💙 What We Offer * $21–$23/hour for HCA and CNA caregivers * Flexible scheduling * Ongoing shift opportunities * Health, dental & vision insurance * Paid time off & sick leave * Free continuing education and training * Part-time and full-time opportunities 👩‍⚕️ Caregiver Responsibilities * Provide companionship and emotional support * Assist with mobility and daily activities * Help with personal care, hygiene, and dressing * Prepare meals and provide light housekeeping * Accompany clients to appointments, walks, and outings * Report changes or unusual incidents to the agency, medical professionals, and family * Respond appropriately in emergency situations ✅ Requirements * Active Washington State HCA or CNA certification, or proof of completion/current enrollment in a training program * Reliable transportation * Ability to pass criminal background and fingerprint checks * Ability to read, write, and follow oral and written directions in English * U.S. work authorization required * Reliable, punctual, respectful, and compassionate * Strong communication and time-management skills * Physical ability to perform required caregiving duties ⏰ Generally expected hours: 12–20 per week, with opportunities for up to 40 hours depending on client needs and availability.
